OUR JOURNEY
From a 12-piece collection to a registered brand loved across India.
The Seed
Cotton Konnect was born from a passion for authentic Indian cotton wear. Founded at a small bedroom in Mumbai Suburbs, our first collection had just 12 pieces — all handpicked from local weavers & suppliers.
First Exhibition
We hosted our very first pop-up exhibition in Dombivli East. Over 200 women attended, and we sold out within 2 days. The response confirmed our belief in experiential shopping.
Growing Through Challenges
Onboarded our co-founder - Pranali to our team. Despite the challenges, we expanded from Exhibitions, WhatsApp-based ordering and home delivery to our own studio in Dombivli East. Our community grew stronger and our loyal customers kept us afloat through the years.
Expanding Categories
We launched Sarees, Purses, and Twinning Sets — responding to requests from our growing family of customers. Each piece was still personally curated by our founders.
Own branding- 100+ Designs
We started with Cotton Konnect & Cottonect line of own product lines & soon crossed 100 unique designs in a single season. Our exhibitions became a quarterly event, drawing customers from across Maharashtra.
Going Digital
Cotton Konnect launched its Online & Instagram shop. Thousands of followers joined our community, and orders started coming from across India.
Registered Brand ®
Cotton Konnect® was officially registered as a brand. A proud milestone that reflects our commitment to authenticity, quality, and trust.
Scaling New Heights
We expanded to 128+ catalogue designs, introduced size-inclusive ranges up to 3XL, and launched Twinning Sets for families. Our exhibitions are now sold-out events.
